Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day window to request a return for any reason. Just make sure your gear is unused and in the package with tags intact. You'll also want to have your order or account info ready.

If you would like to request help with the process, you can reach out through our contact us page.

Once we green light your return, we’ll hook you up with a return label that you can apply directly to the package. We can’t accept items that are sent back without a heads-up from you.

Exchanges

Need to swap out your setup for something else? Easy, just return what you’ve got, and when the refund is cleared, snag the new gear you’re stoked about.

Damages and issues

If your gear takes a tumble on its way to you, or shows up looking less than fresh, reach out through our contact us page. You'll want to have a few pictures ready so we can sort it out pronto.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Gift cards - they make a wonderful gift, but they’re the one thing we can’t take back.

Refunds

Once we’ve eyeballed your return and given it the thumbs-up, we’ll send your refund right back to your original payment method. It usually takes 3-5 business days for the banks to process, so hang tight.
